BSI CRM is the customer relationship management module of the BSI Customer Suite, a CRM and customer experience platform that connects sales, marketing and service. It offers trigger-based customer journeys, multi-level campaigns, cross-channel communication, customer data unification and reporting, and AI agents with a choice of AI models. BSI focuses on banking, insurance and health, retail, and energy and utilities, with prebuilt industry content called BSI Elements. Integrations include core banking systems and ERP interfaces. The suite is delivered as a cloud service.
BSI's privacy policy names BSI Business Systems Integration AG in Baden, Switzerland, as the controller, with an EU representative in Darmstadt, Germany. In 2024, funds advised by Bregal Unternehmerkapital, a private equity firm headquartered in Munich, acquired a majority stake from Capvis; founders, management and employees keep a significant stake. BSI states that customers can choose between a US hyperscaler and a European provider for the cloud, so hosting location and jurisdiction depend on that choice. No open-source edition is described.
