Cameyo is offered as 'Cameyo by Google'. According to its privacy notice, Cameyo, Inc. is the controller for service data and its parent company is the US-based Google LLC. Google's data processing addendum states that customer data may be processed in any country where Google or its subprocessors have facilities, with an optional data location selection; a separate EU region for Cameyo is not documented. For transfers the company refers to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses. As part of a US company, Cameyo is subject to US law such as the CLOUD Act.
