1Stack is a proprietary cloud platform from CoreTech Srl of Milan, Italy, for managed service providers (MSPs) and software houses that resell cloud services under their own brand. A white-label, multi-tenant console covers cloud servers (Stellar), backup and disaster recovery, business email and mail archiving, secure file sharing, log management, monitoring, web hosting and domains. For developers, 1Stack provides isolated staging environments and an API for integration into CI/CD workflows. The service is delivered as a vendor-hosted cloud service.
CoreTech is headquartered in Italy; its website calls it an independent European provider and names no foreign parent company. According to the vendor, all 1Stack data resides exclusively in Italy, in three data centres. In its data processing agreement CoreTech acts as processor and does not transfer data outside the EU or outside countries the European Commission recognises as adequate. There is no self-hosted variant. Because the platform is built for resale, end customers often contract through an MSP; establish who the data processor is and which terms apply.
