Digidentity B.V. is registered at Schenkkade 50 in The Hague.

In January 2017 Solera Holdings, Inc., a US company based in Westlake, Texas, announced that it had acquired 100% of Digidentity B.V. That US ownership is the CLOUD Act signal, although the pages reviewed do not name a current owner. The company's site does not state where identity data is hosted.
