Fatture in Cloud is an Italian online invoicing and business management service for freelancers and professionals, small and medium-sized businesses, flat-rate taxpayers and accountants. It handles electronic invoices with automatic submission to Italy's Sistema di Interscambio, quotes that convert into invoices, payment management with bank reconciliation, purchases, warehouse management and reports, plus a connection for the user's accountant. It runs in the browser and as a mobile app for smartphones and tablets.
The service is a product of TeamSystem S.p.A., whose registered offices are in Pesaro, Italy; the company is directed and coordinated by TeamSystem Holdco S.p.A. Press reports describe the private equity firm Hellman & Friedman as TeamSystem's majority shareholder, alongside minority investors including Hg, ADIA and CapitalG. The vendor's public product and privacy pages do not state where customer data is stored, so a European organisation should ask TeamSystem for the processing locations and sub-processors before relying on the service. No self-hosted edition is described.
