Flodesk, Inc. is a US company; its data processing addendum gives an address in Claymont, Delaware. The addendum states that Flodesk stores and processes personal data in data centres outside the European Union, without naming locations, and that data may also be processed in the United States or wherever sub-processors operate. For transfers from Europe it uses the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (Module Two) and refers to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework as an alternative; it has an EU representative in Ireland. As a US provider, Flodesk is subject to US jurisdiction, including the CLOUD Act.
