Go3 is a Baltic streaming service offering films, series, sport and local programmes on a subscription basis in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. It launched in December 2019 as the OTT platform of TV3 Group and has carried HBO Max since 2025. It is an online service run by the provider, with no open-source option. The Estonian app, Go3 Eesti, was still being updated in September 2026.
The Estonian operator is AS Go3 Baltics, based in Tallinn and formerly named VIASAT AS. Its shareholder is UAB All Media Group of Lithuania, the Baltic media holding that combines television, Go3 and radio. The holding is managed by the US private equity firm Providence Equity Partners, which also owns the telecom group Bitė from which the media businesses were split off in 2023. The provider does not state where customer data is hosted. For a European organisation, this is a commercial service with its statutory seat in the EU and a US investor at the end of the ownership chain.
