Lindy is an AI assistant for teams that connects to the tools an organisation already uses and carries out tasks inside them, such as pulling reports, updating a CRM, drafting email replies, triaging support tickets and writing meeting notes. Recurring routines, such as a morning brief, are also possible. Lindy works in Slack, email, iMessage and the browser and, according to the vendor, connects to more than a thousand applications and to hosted MCP servers. Write or send actions can wait for approval. It is delivered as SaaS.
Lindy is operated by Crivello Corp, a US company with an address in Beaverton, Oregon, and is therefore subject to US jurisdiction. The software is not open source. The company cites SOC 2 Type II and GDPR compliance and says it does not sell data or use it for model training. Its privacy notice names Google Cloud Platform, Amazon Web Services, DigitalOcean, MongoDB and Cloudflare as infrastructure providers. The vendor does not state its data locations, so ask before processing personal data.
