The company states that it is fully compliant with the GDPR and says that its processor agreements include EU standard contractual clauses. For European planners, the main hosting in Ireland and a Finnish operator keep most processing within the EU. Some sub-processors are US-based, such as the map provider Mapbox, so the hosting and sub-processor arrangements should be checked for each project.
