It was created in March 2025 by merging the Voyo streaming platform with the O2 TV service and is available at oneplay.cz. It can also be bought through the telecom operator O2.

The operator is TV Nova s.r.o. of Prague, a company of the CME group, whose managing entity is the Dutch CME Media Enterprises B.V. That company belongs to the PPF investment group. The website does not state where user data is stored, and no open-source option is offered.
