Pagero is an e-invoicing and business-network provider. Through the Pagero network it connects customers' systems with their trading partners, and its solutions cover e-invoicing, accounts payable and receivable automation, procure-to-pay and order-to-cash automation. It also offers e-banking, factoring, transport management and healthcare solutions. Since its acquisition the offering has been marketed by Thomson Reuters under the name ONESOURCE Pagero, and it is delivered as a cloud service.

Pagero was founded in Sweden and is based in Gothenburg, so it sits in the EU. In January 2024 the Canadian group Thomson Reuters acquired about 54 per cent of the shares, making it the majority shareholder. The parent is therefore outside the EU, and the legal rules of its home country may apply to the company. The public pages of Thomson Reuters and Pagero do not state in which regions customer data is hosted, so a European organisation should ask for the hosting region and the sub-processors in the contract. The software is proprietary and not open source.
