Payhawk is a spend-management and finance-orchestration platform. It combines corporate cards, expense management, accounts payable with EU e-invoicing, procurement and supplier management, and business travel in one product. The vendor adds AI agents, for example for financial control, procurement, travel and payments, together with approval workflows, multi-entity management and an API. Finance teams use it as a cloud service.
Payhawk operates through several group companies. Payhawk EOOD is registered in Sofia, Bulgaria, while Payhawk Limited, the first entity named in its privacy policy, has its registered office in London. Payhawk Financial Services UAB is registered in Vilnius. For customers in the EU, the Lithuanian or Bulgarian company acts as data controller depending on the service. Payhawk states that it uses Amazon Web Services for infrastructure and Google Cloud for data centre hosting, but does not name the hosting region publicly. A European organisation should therefore ask for the region and sub-processors in writing. The platform is proprietary and not open source.
