Sana Agents is an enterprise AI platform from Sana Labs AB, a Swedish company. It makes an organisation's knowledge searchable, lets teams take actions across their business applications, and generates documents, analyses and dashboards. A no-code agent builder lets organisations create their own AI agents grounded in their own data. The service is delivered as a cloud service and through an iOS app. Alongside Sana Agents there is the learning platform Sana Learn.
Workday, Inc. of the United States acquired Sana in November 2025, and the Sana website states that Sana is now part of Workday. Sana Labs AB remains the contracting party, but the US parent company means exposure to the US CLOUD Act. According to its privacy notice, Sana processes personal data within the EU/EEA; transfers to third countries, including through sub-processors, rely on safeguards such as standard contractual clauses. Sana publishes a data processing agreement and a sub-processor list. Self-hosting is not available. European organisations should consider the US owner and the AI sub-processors.
