Sana Learn is an AI-native learning platform for organisations that combines an LMS, an LXP, an authoring tool and a virtual classroom. It offers a personal AI tutor, just-in-time answers and search, collaborative course authoring (including from PDFs and SCORM files), automated learning administration, analytics dashboards and skills management. Administrators can set up custom roles and groups, provision users, use SAML single sign-on and review audit logs. The platform can be fully white-labelled.
Sana is based in Stockholm, and its products are published by Sana Labs AB. Since November 2025 Sana has been part of the US company Workday, which announced the completed acquisition in its own press release. For a European organisation this is relevant as a signal of foreign control (CLOUD Act). The vendor lists regional deployments as a security feature and points to its trust centre for details, but the product page names no hosting locations. The platform is not open source, so request the hosting region and processing terms in writing before deciding.
