Sapience Analytics (SapienceIQ) is a workforce-intelligence platform that gives organisations visibility into productivity, workforce capacity, external labour and the adoption of technology and AI. Connectors (IQ Sync and IQ Link) gather work activity from the systems where work happens, covering employees, contractors and suppliers. A rules layer (SOBL) structures that data, AskIQ lets users ask workforce questions in plain language, and contractor timecards and invoices can be checked against actual activity.
Sapience Analytics is a US company. According to the vendor, the platform can run in the customer's private cloud, in a dedicated instance managed by Sapience, or in Sapience's managed deployments, which exist in the USA, the EU, the UAE and Saudi Arabia. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest and, the vendor states, is not used to train models. Because the company is headquartered in the US, the CLOUD Act can apply even to data hosted in the EU. The software is proprietary.
