Smala is software from inetis SA for institutions that support people in socio-professional integration, mainly in French-speaking Switzerland. It centralises beneficiary files, offers agendas by beneficiary, activity area or advisor, and plans activities, courses and registrations. It tracks team workload, produces reports and invoices, and passes invoicing data to accounting software. Working hours and absences can be managed, and in text fields AI helps with drafting and summarising. Sign-in can go through Office 365, Active Directory or Google.
inetis SA, a digital agency that has built web applications since 2006, is based in Vufflens-la-Ville, Switzerland. According to the vendor, Smala runs on the customer's own infrastructure or, for example, on a private server in the customer's name at Infomaniak, so the customer remains owner of hosting and data. The AI functions use Infomaniak's AI infrastructure and, the vendor says, do not train on Smala data. It also lists two-factor authentication. Switzerland is not in the EU but is an EFTA country with an EU adequacy decision.
