In a drag-and-drop environment, IT teams connect multiple language models, knowledge sources (RAG) and a large number of business applications, with governance features such as audit logs and human review checkpoints. The service is offered in four deployment models, from multi-tenant cloud to isolated on-premise installation, including VPC.

Stack AI is a US company; its privacy policy names Eigen Inc. with an address in Cambridge, Massachusetts. In May 2026 Asana, also American, announced it was acquiring Stack AI; according to news reports the product continues under its own name. The company is therefore subject to US law, including the CLOUD Act. The privacy policy names no fixed hosting region or EU region and says data may be processed in any country where it has operations or service providers, including the United States. The product is not open source. An on-premise deployment gives European organisations the most control.
