Syntess Atrium is an ERP software package for technical service providers, such as installation, electrical, climate and fire-safety companies and service and maintenance firms. It combines office, staff and CRM, projects and estimating, work preparation and planning, service and maintenance, field-service automation and financial administration with master data management. The package comes in Business, Professional and Enterprise editions. It can be run under the customer's own management or as Syntess Atrium Cloud, where Syntess manages servers, updates and backups.
Syntess Software B.V. is based in Zierikzee, the Netherlands. In December 2025 Aceve, a software group with Scandinavian roots whose Aceve AB is based in Stockholm, announced the acquisition of Syntess; a partner at the investor EQT Private Equity is quoted, and the size of the holding is not stated. Syntess does not say where its cloud runs; the privacy statement only mentions data-centre suppliers, so ask for country and supplier. For the cloud offering Syntess acts as processor, with processing terms in the service agreement. Self-management lets an organisation keep data on its own infrastructure.
