Tiime is an online invoicing and accounting application for freelancers and small businesses in France. It works in a web browser and as a mobile app, without complex installation. The service is offered as software as a service and published by the French company Tiime Apps.
The legal notice names a French société par actions simplifiée (SAS) with its registered office in Paris, which the site says is owned by Tiime Apps. The company says its capital is held by management and that no foreign investors are involved. The personal-data page states that all data processed is hosted in the European Union, with Amazon Web Services and Heroku named as providers, and that the company complies with the GDPR. For a European organisation the operator and hosting are therefore within the EU. A sovereignty review should still examine the chain of cloud providers, whose own legal obligations can extend beyond the EU.
