Webankieta is an online survey and form platform from Poland. It is used to build questionnaires for customer satisfaction, NPS, employee and candidate experience research, feedback after events or purchases, and contact forms. The tool offers question types, conditional logic, result analysis and reports, and distribution by link, by email or embedded on a website. It is delivered as a hosted web application with an API and integrations.
The service is operated by Get Feedback, a Warsaw general partnership whose imprint lists no foreign parent. Its privacy policy names the partnership as controller, describes processing under the GDPR and names a data protection officer. According to the policy, personal data is stored within the European Economic Area, and technology providers may transfer data to the United States only in transit, without persistent storage outside the EEA. For a European organisation, the Polish operator and EEA storage are the relevant facts, while the US transit should be reviewed against its own transfer assessment.
