Wrike is a commercial work management and project management platform for teams and enterprises. It covers task and project planning with Gantt charts, dashboards, resource management, time tracking, online proofing and approvals, request forms and workflow automation, together with AI features such as Wrike Copilot. It connects to many other tools. Wrike is delivered as SaaS through the browser and mobile apps, and its source code is not public.
Wrike is headquartered in San Diego, California, and has been owned since July 2023 by Symphony Technology Group, a US private equity investor. For European organisations that US ownership is relevant because of the CLOUD Act. Wrike operates a European data centre alongside its US one. New accounts with a European registration address are created there automatically; existing accounts can request a move, but accounts created before 5 May 2025 may still sit in the US. Not every integration and feature is available on the European data centre, and an account that has moved cannot be moved back to the US.
