Yuki is cloud accounting software that automates administrative processing through document recognition: documents that are submitted are sorted and processed automatically. The software includes a communication portal between business owner and accountant and tools to control the quality of the administration. It targets accounting firms and the entrepreneurs who share the same administration with them. Since 1 September 2026 Yuki continues under the name Nmbrs Accounting, with a financial monitor, a quality monitor, a back-office portal and the Accounting Assistant mobile app, among other things. It is consumed as a cloud service and connects with packages such as Exact, Twinfield and Moneybird.
Yuki was founded in 2007 and is active in the Netherlands, Belgium and Spain. In 2020 Visma, a Norwegian software group, acquired Yuki; it is now part of Nmbrs, a Visma company. The sources consulted do not state where data is hosted. For a European organisation this means weighing control by a Norwegian group and asking the vendor about hosting location and subprocessors.
