Aikku ACCESS: sovereignty score and 8 European alternatives

Aikku ACCESS is a no-code, multi-user online database application, similar to Airtable. Members of an organisation model their own tables with fields of many types, such as text, number, date, file, digital signature, QR code, GPS coordinates and relations between tables. Data is entered through automatically generated forms, with an edit history for each value. You can view it as a table, calendar, map or chart, and export to Excel, CSV or PDF. E-mail notifications are supported, as is an optional AI assistant that answers questions about a table.

The software is developed by AIKKU SAS, based in Puteaux, France, and released under the GPL-3.0 licence. Its GitHub source code was still being updated in October 2026. You can run the application yourself, for example with the supplied Docker files, so your data stays on your own infrastructure. The demo environment is hosted by Gandi in Paris. According to its documentation, the AI assistant uses a language model through OpenAI; if you enable it, questions and data leave your environment.
