Asset.Desk is IT asset management software from FCS Fair Computer Systems GmbH in Nuremberg. It records hardware, software and other company assets in a central database based on Microsoft SQL Server. This includes IT inventory with scanning (via WMI, SNMP, SSH and APIs), a CMDB, a mobile inventory app, software licence management, contract management, reporting and a graphical inventory plan. It is intended for companies and public bodies that want to support audits and requirements such as NIS2 or DORA. An integration with HEINZELMANN Service.Desk, the same vendor's ticketing system, links assets to tickets.
