Dixa is a customer service platform for mid-market ecommerce and consumer brands. It brings phone, email, chat, WhatsApp and social conversations into one workspace with full history and routes them by skill, language, priority or VIP status through visually built rules without code. Agents see orders and past conversations on one screen, with AI-suggested replies. The AI agent Mim handles routine inquiries such as refunds, tracking and order changes. Dixa is delivered as SaaS and integrates with ecommerce and CRM tools.
Dixa ApS was founded in Copenhagen, Denmark, in 2015 and is headquartered there, with an office in London. According to its data security page, customer data is stored on Amazon servers in Ireland, with daily backups elsewhere in Europe, and its data processing agreement states that the main storage is in the European Union. The agreement also permits processing outside the EU under adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses or binding corporate rules, so access from outside Europe is possible. Because the infrastructure provider is a US company, sub-processors and transfer terms are worth reviewing.
