The sub-processor list names only providers from the US and Canada, including Amazon Web Services; it states no explicit hosting region or EU option. The privacy notice says GDPR is treated as the applicable standard for users in the EU/EEA and cites the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses for transfers. The product is not open source. Because employee performance data is sensitive, a European employer should have the data processing agreement and the data location confirmed beforehand.
