Dell APEX is the subscription portfolio from Dell Technologies that lets organisations consume IT solutions without buying the hardware themselves. According to Dell it includes APEX Infrastructure for hybrid cloud environments, APEX Data Center Utility with pay-per-use data centre operations and monthly invoicing, and APEX PC as a Service. Dell says it takes over provisioning, monitoring, maintenance and upgrades. The solutions are delivered wherever applications and data live, for example in your own data centre or at a colocation provider.

Dell Technologies is headquartered in Round Rock, Texas, United States, and is subject to US law, including the CLOUD Act. Because the equipment sits with you or your colocation partner, you determine where data is located, although Dell handles the management.
