Delska is an IT and network services provider in Northern Europe, created in 2024 as the joint brand of the Baltic companies DEAC and Data Logistics Center. Its offer includes cloud (the myDelska self-service platform, virtual machines, VMware public cloud and private cloud), dedicated servers, colocation, backup and disaster recovery, DDoS protection, network services such as fibre, internet exchanges and IP transit, and managed services. Customers are businesses of various sizes.
Delska is centred on Latvia and Lithuania, with its own data centres in Riga and Vilnius, so within the EU. It also has network points of presence in Frankfurt and Amsterdam. The company says it uses green energy. Delska is owned by the Baltic Rezo group, which in turn belongs to the Swiss Quaero European Infrastructure Fund II; Switzerland is outside the EU but within EFTA. The services are not open source. For European customers, this means data can stay in Baltic data centres, under EU law.
