Enpass is a password manager for individuals, families and businesses, with apps for Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS and Android and browser extensions. The encrypted vault is kept on the user's device rather than on Enpass servers. Devices synchronise through the user's own cloud account (such as Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, iCloud or Box), through self-hosted WebDAV storage such as Nextcloud or ownCloud, over Wi-Fi, or through a local folder. A business edition with managed vaults is also available. Enpass is proprietary software; its source code is not published.
Enpass is offered by Sinew Software Systems, a privately held company with operations in Gurugram, India and Hong Kong; the app and website name Enpass Technologies Inc. Because the vendor does not host the vaults itself, the sync service you choose determines where the encrypted data is stored. A European organisation can pick a European cloud or its own storage for this. The vendor is based outside the EU but does not hold the vault data by default.
