Guesty is vacation rental management software for hosts and property managers. The platform syncs listings and availability with Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com and dozens of other channels, and brings reservations, guest messaging, task management, payments and trust accounting into one place. It also provides direct-booking websites, an owner portal, an open API and AI features for guest messaging and revenue management. According to its own company timeline, Guesty has been headquartered in Tel Aviv, Israel since 2014; the contracting entity named in its privacy policy is Guesty, Inc., a Delaware corporation. The policy names hosting providers such as AWS, Google, Microsoft and MongoDB without giving regions, and says data may be stored in the United States, Israel and elsewhere. No EU hosting option is named. For transfers, Guesty relies on standard contractual clauses and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, and it has an EU representative in Lisbon. European hosts should expect guest data to be processed outside the EU.
