Booqable is operated by Salad Days B.V., which trades as Booqable and has its contact address in Leeuwarden, the Netherlands. The company is therefore established in the EU and describes itself as a processor under the GDPR, with a separate data processing agreement. Its privacy statement says personal data may be shared with parties outside the European Economic Area where an adequate level of protection applies, but it does not name hosting locations or sub-processors. The software is not open source. European organisations should request the sub-processor list and hosting details before storing customer data in the platform.
