Easy!Appointments: sovereignty score and 8 European alternatives

Easy!Appointments is a free, self-hosted web application for online appointment booking. Customers book through the web, and the software manages appointments and customers, services and providers, working plans, Google Calendar sync, email notifications and multiple languages. Extensions such as SMS, payments, reports, reminders and third-party integrations are possible. The application is built on PHP with a MySQL database and runs on an Apache or Nginx web server. It was created by Alex Tselegidis. You install Easy!Appointments yourself on your own server.

The source code is open source under the GPL v3.0 and may also be used commercially. Because you host the software yourself, you decide where the data is stored and who can access it, and no vendor-operated cloud is required. The project optionally offers paid services such as installation, upgrades, migration, support and white labelling. The website does not say where the project or its maintainers are based. For a European organisation, the applicable jurisdiction therefore depends on the hosting provider chosen, for example a European one.
