Doodle is an online tool for scheduling meetings and appointments. A group poll finds a time that suits everyone, a sign-up sheet lets participants choose sessions for workshops, webinars or events, and a one-to-one offer or a reusable booking page lets clients pick a slot themselves. It integrates with other tools, collects payments through Stripe and supports team rules such as no-meeting blocks and focus time. Doodle addresses teams, individuals and client-facing organisations, including education, healthcare, professional services, technology and non-profit. It is delivered as a web service and mobile app.
Doodle was founded in Zurich in 2007 and is a Swiss company. The Swiss media group TX Group acquired a stake in 2011 and has held all shares since 2014. In the privacy policy of Doodle AG, the Swiss Federal Data Protection Act is the baseline, and the GDPR may also apply. The policy does not name a hosting location but refers to a list of subprocessors; transfers to other countries rely on contractual safeguards. The software is not open source.
