Harvest is a web-based time tracking and timesheet tool for teams in professional services, such as design, consulting, law and software development. Besides time tracking, it offers reports on projects and team performance, automatic invoice creation with online payments, expense tracking and integrations with tools such as Asana, Slack and Stripe. Desktop and mobile apps are available. Harvest Forecast, for scheduling and capacity, is a separate product. The service is delivered as a cloud service (SaaS).

Harvest operates through US entities: its privacy policy names Iridesco LLC (doing business as Harvest) in New York. Since June 2025 Harvest has been owned by Bending Spoons, an Italian S.p.A. based in Milan, so the ultimate parent is in the EU. Harvest does not state in its privacy policy where data is stored; the policy refers to a list of sub-processors. The software is proprietary and not open source. A European organisation should ask Harvest which sub-processors and storage locations apply.
