Neoffice is a cloud ERP suite for small and medium-sized businesses in Switzerland, built and run by Neoservice. It combines quotes, invoicing with the Swiss QR-bill, accounting, CRM, point of sale, e-commerce, stock, HR and payroll, projects and helpdesk in one system. An AI assistant called Nora helps with tasks such as drafting invoices or preparing payment reminders, and the user confirms before anything is sent. Each customer gets a dedicated virtual private server or, depending on the plan, an isolated space on a shared server.
Neoservice is a Swiss company with locations in Lausanne and Sion, and its site names no foreign parent. According to its terms, customer data is hosted in Switzerland on Infomaniak's public cloud, and Nora runs on the company's own servers. Some optional functions involve other providers, including a French email service, EU usage analytics and push notifications through Google and Apple in the United States; a public sub-processor page lists them. Switzerland is not in the EU but is an EFTA country with an EU adequacy decision.
