EngageOne is Precisely's family of customer communications management products. It is used to design and deliver personalised communications such as statements, letters and correspondence across print, web, email, SMS and push notifications. EngageOne Compose handles batch, on-demand and interactive output, while EngageOne Communicate is a no-code SaaS platform for interactive video, chatbots, email, SMS and PDF. Precisely says Compose and Vault can also run inside the customer's own AWS account. EngageOne originates from Pitney Bowes' software business, which Syncsort acquired and rebranded as Precisely.
Precisely is headquartered in the United States, in Burlington, Massachusetts, and is held by an investor group that includes Clearlake and TA. Precisely says its SaaS products run on Amazon Web Services, with a choice of AWS regions worldwide that it does not list; its data processing addendum names processing locations as worldwide. It uses the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses for transfers. A European organisation should agree the hosting region contractually, or run the software in its own cloud account.
