Simple Workspace is a SaaS platform from the French company J2S for producing publications such as catalogues, product sheets, flyers, labels, price lists and magazines. Marketing, product and production teams pull data from their information systems, have pages laid out automatically and manage validation and collaboration in one place. The platform includes modules for publication data (a PIM for publications), asset management and for planning and reviewing page sequence, and connects to PIM, MDM, PLM and CMS systems. Layout is done through Adobe InDesign and InDesign Server.
J2S has its seat in Lille, France, and the site names no parent company. According to the vendor, the solutions are hosted in data centres in France with monitoring by a security operations centre; the host is not named.
