Tally is an online form builder in which you create forms by typing, without code. It offers conditional logic, a calculator, hidden fields, answer piping, multi-page forms, file uploads, payment fields and e-signatures, among other things. Forms can be customised with themes and custom CSS and shared by link, embed, popup or custom domain. Integrations include Notion, Google Sheets, Airtable, Slack and Zapier, as well as webhooks. Tally is offered as a cloud service (SaaS) in the browser.
Tally is a Belgian company; the legal entity is Tally BV. According to the vendor, the service is made and hosted in the EU, form data is stored in Europe, and it is encrypted in transit and at rest. The subprocessor list names Google Cloud (Belgium) for hosting and storage and Cloudflare (EU) for file uploads. Optional features involve US providers: SendGrid for email notifications and Stripe for payment forms. The product is not open source. For a European organisation, the vendor and the storage of form data are therefore located within the EU.
