Universign is an electronic signature and trust services provider that is offered within Signaturit Group as a service in its own right, with its own terms, trust service documents and login. Signaturit Group's website lists Universign's trust service documents alongside those of other group companies. The group supplies electronic signatures and other trust services for digital transactions with evidentiary value. The service is delivered as SaaS.

Universign has been part of Signaturit Group since 2023. The group describes itself as "a Namirial Company" and is merging into Namirial in 2026; Bain Capital and PSG announced the combination of Namirial and Signaturit in July 2025. For organisations, ultimate control may therefore sit with an investment firm based outside the EU, such as Bain Capital, which is a CLOUD Act signal to weigh in an assessment. According to the group, data is stored in Europe and it complies with the GDPR. Universign's web addresses now redirect to the Signaturit website. Universign is not open source.
