ValidSign also offers a PKI platform for certificates, an open API and integrations with products such as SharePoint, Salesforce and AFAS. It is delivered as a cloud service.

ValidSign B.V. is based in Eefde, the Netherlands, and has belonged to the Visma Group since an acquisition announced in 2023; according to Visma, it continues as an independent unit under its own name. Visma states that Hg Capital and co-investors own 70.5 percent of the group, so the ultimate parent is placed in the United Kingdom. According to its security page, data is stored in Microsoft Azure West Europe (Netherlands) with geo-redundant backup in Ireland, so within the EU.
