ActixOne is a mobile network analytics and optimisation platform from Amdocs, now presented within the Amdocs Network Optimization Suite by actix. It gives mobile operators a unified workspace to analyse and optimise multi-vendor networks from GSM to 5G. It combines data from drive tests, indoor tests, configuration and performance management and subscriber traces, supports countrywide benchmarking, and offers virtual drive testing that measures subscriber experience without field teams. Amdocs describes centralised and distributed deployment models.
Actix was an independent network optimisation software company that Amdocs agreed to acquire in September 2013. Amdocs is registered in Guernsey, listed on Nasdaq (DOX) and has its corporate operations in Chesterfield, Missouri, so the supplier is US-based. The software is proprietary. Amdocs' privacy policy says personal data may be transferred outside your country, including to places without a European Commission adequacy decision. The product page names no hosting regions, so an operator should clarify where analytics data, including subscriber traces, is processed.
