CluedIn is a master data management platform for organisations that need to unify records from many enterprise systems. It uses a graph-based data model and AI agents for entity resolution, mastering, data quality monitoring and policy-based governance, and passes governed data on to analytics and AI platforms. The product is built for Microsoft Azure: it is offered as a managed SaaS service, and Microsoft documentation describes it running on Azure Kubernetes Service, with a Helm chart for installing it in a Kubernetes cluster.
CluedIn is headquartered in Copenhagen, Denmark. Because the platform is Azure-native, the underlying infrastructure is supplied by Microsoft, a US company, which European organisations may wish to consider when assessing CLOUD Act exposure. The vendor says CluedIn can be run in the US, Europe and APAC, so the hosting region should be agreed and confirmed when contracting. The sources consulted do not describe an open-source edition.
