CodeTwo Email Signatures 365 is a cloud service for creating and centrally managing email signatures, legal disclaimers and branding in organisations that use Microsoft 365. Administrators can add signatures to messages in the cloud, from any device and email client, or an Outlook add-in inserts them as users type. The service is built on Microsoft Azure and draws user information from Microsoft 365 to personalise signatures.
In its declaration to Microsoft, CodeTwo states that the company is headquartered in Poland. The same declaration lists storage locations in the United States, Canada, Ireland, the United Kingdom, Germany, the Netherlands, Australia and the United Arab Emirates, so data is not confined to the EU. The vendor states that it has GDPR obligations and refers to a data processing agreement. No parent company is named in that declaration. For a European organisation, the relevant questions are which storage region applies to its own tenant and whether the EU locations are fixed contractually.
