It has a drag-and-drop report editor, a range of chart types, calculated fields and viewer filters, and reports can be shared with a team or publicly. Data sources are linked through connectors. A Pro edition adds team workspaces, scheduled report delivery, customer-managed encryption keys, customer-managed storage and data residency, plus Gemini assistance for questions about data. It is a cloud service used in the browser.

According to Google, the Pro data-residency feature lets you keep your data within a geographic area; Google does not state which regions are available.
