It combines a customer data platform with marketing automation, personalisation and product recommendations, and reaches customers by email, SMS, WhatsApp and on-site messages. Manago AI is provided by Benhauer sp. z o.o., based in Kraków, Poland, and belongs to a group that also includes Leadoo AI and Thulium AI. According to its GDPR page, the data centres holding customer data are located in Poland, within the EEA, and as a rule the provider does not use third-party service providers.
