According to the vendor, platform data is hosted exclusively in Switzerland, in a Swiss Microsoft data centre; the infrastructure provider is therefore a US group, which you can assess against the data processing agreement. The vendor states that it follows the Swiss Data Protection Act and, where applicable, the GDPR, and publishes a data processing agreement with a list of sub-processors.
