Orange Business Cloud Avenue is the infrastructure-as-a-service offering of Orange Business, part of the French Orange group. It provides dedicated and private cloud environments that organisations can use as an alternative to IaaS from US hyperscalers. The service is run by Orange Business and comes with documentation, release notes and contractual terms.
Orange SA, the publisher of the service, is registered in France with its head office in Issy-les-Moulineaux. The Cloud Avenue SecNum offering received SecNumCloud qualification from the French cybersecurity agency ANSSI in July 2025, and Orange's press release states that it is hosted in Grenoble. Orange lists ISO/IEC 27001, 27017 and 27018, HDS for health data and SOC 2 among its certifications. For a European organisation this is a French offering with French hosting, although the contract terms for each service should be reviewed.
