SurveyJS is a set of JavaScript components for adding surveys and forms to web applications. The Form Library, available for React, Angular, Vue 3 and plain JavaScript, renders forms from a JSON schema and is licensed under the MIT licence. Survey Creator (a drag-and-drop form builder), Dashboard (charts and tables of responses) and PDF Generator are separate components with a commercial developer licence. SurveyJS is delivered as a software library that developers integrate into their own applications.

SurveyJS is developed by Devsoft Baltic OÜ in Tallinn, Estonia, a company within the EU. According to the vendor, the libraries run on the client side and do not store, access or track form data. Storage, processing and authentication are handled by a backend that you build and host yourself.
