Flow360 is no-code workflow software that lets departments digitise business processes themselves, without programming. A drag-and-drop form builder creates input screens and checklists. Further building blocks are approval workflows, a workflow scheduler, dashboards, notifications, e-mail templates and PDF reports filled automatically from Word templates. Users and groups receive permissions, activity is recorded in an audit trail, and an API connects ERP, CRM or accounting systems. Flow360 is delivered as SaaS.
Flow360 is a product of com.plex GmbH of Bonn, Germany, and no foreign parent company is named. According to the vendor, the service runs on servers in Hetzner data centres in Germany and complies with the GDPR; the vendor acts as processor and the customer as controller. No self-hosted option is described. For European organisations this means process data stays with a German provider on European infrastructure. Before use, ask for the data processing agreement and the current list of subprocessors.
