Site24x7 is a cloud platform for observability and monitoring aimed at DevOps and IT operations teams. It checks websites and APIs from locations around the world, measures real-user experience and synthetic transactions, and monitors servers, containers and clouds such as AWS, Azure and GCP. It also covers application performance (APM), network devices, log management, AIOps features and public status pages. Site24x7 is part of ManageEngine, a division of Zoho Corp.; some ManageEngine network products are also available on-premises. The website announces that the service is being renamed OpManager Nexus.
The parent company is Zoho Corporation Pvt. Ltd. in India, outside the EU. Customers choose between several data-centre regions. Besides the United States, India and the United Kingdom, among others, there is an EU region (site24x7.eu) with Amsterdam as the primary site and Dublin as the disaster-recovery site. An organisation that wants to keep data within the EU should therefore select the EU region. Site24x7 is not open source.
